"Oh... wow." she breathed as he described the view, her gaze seeming far away as though she was already at the summit of one of the mountains, Lulu sighing a little. "Well, I didn't know where I was gonna go once I got to the mountains, but climbing to the top sounds like a really good idea now." she smiled back to him. "It takes you everywhere, this bard thing. Always looking for inspiration and something new." she shrugged.
"You're right there! Getting lost made me find you! Or... it made you find me. I don't know which came first." she looked puzzled for a moment.

"Oh, the sights from the summit are sure to inspire something or another." He nodded. "Let us say we found each other, yeah?"
(Man. Why can't I come up with a decent sized post? I'm surprised you haven't just quit the RPs were doing.)

"Yeah, that sounds best. We found each other. You want to come with me to the top of the mountain? I figure that there must be something up there to make it so special, even if it's just the view." she grinned and nodded to him, following the trail with interest and leaning down to examine a strange, deep red flower. "There are so many different kinds of plants here... it's amazing." she commented softly.

Kamui thought about it for a moment, then shrugged. "Sure, why not? I wasn't going anywhere in particular, so I'll come with you... Oh, that's pretty." He bent down to look closer at the red flower too. "Do you know what it's called?"

"Then it's a plan! I look forward to travelling with you, Sy." she saluted him lightly and smiled a little, nodding as he leant down next to her. "I think I remember... this one is... is... the Devil's Rose, I believe. Because of the red thorns. I'm not sure, though. I think it's poisonous, actually." she laughed. "All the prettier ones are poisonous. Typical."

"Ha." He chuckled a little bit as she saluted him. "Poisonous, huh? Better not get too close, I suppose." He stood up and continued walking at a leisurely pace. "But, yeah. There's also all kinds of animals here. Aside from ARUMS, this forest is famous among rangers, druids, herbalists, and the like."

"It does seem to be just bursting with life." she agreed, nodding, "And it's so big, I'm not surprised that it's so popular with so many different kinds of people. But I guess for a bard and a wanderer, it just serves as a good place to get lost, eh?" she laughed, hopping over a root sticking out from the floor and ducking through a few low hanging branches to enter into another clearing. "Considering there are so many types of animal here, it's pretty quiet a lot of the time, don't you think?" she smiled.

(I've got one of my D&D books right here. Instead of just picking a creature(s), I'm gonna roll for it using one of encounter tables. And let's see... Bwa ha ha ha! This should be interestin'...)
"A good place indeed ta' get lost. This is one of the largest forests in the world, covering thousands of square miles..." He stopped walking when she mentioned it being quiet. "Quiet... Where are the birdsongs?" He asked Lulu suddenly, his nose twitching. Sakurako gave off a low growl. Kamui put his arm up, over his nose and mouth. "Ugh... wretched. Stinks like chlorine... That most likely means a..." He trailed off, his voice drowned out by the sound of cracking tree trunks and thunderous footfalls that caused the ground to shake. Something big was headed their way.

((O.O Oh no. Also, I am in love with your picture, Kamui. XD))
"Birdsongs...? I don't know." she murmured, stopping in her tracks and glancing around as if expecting the birds to start singing once they stopped talking. It had to be a cooincidence. The bard wrinkled her nose at the stench, covering her mouth with her hand and stepping back a little. "What is that?" she enquired, a hint of panic in her voice. She stumbled a little as the floor started to shake. "Oh, that doesn't sound good." she commented, looking for a place to run. Something big often meant something bad. What a great place to get completely lost.

A large cloud of corrosive, acidic gas issued from behind the trees before Lulu and Kamui. The trees withered and melted away, leaving puddles of glop behind. A large, winged form emerged from the cloud. It had a toothy, curving jawline and rows of hornlets over its smoldering eyes, with a cluster of hornlets on its chin. A crest began just behind its eyes, running the length of the body, rising to full height just behind the skull. The stinging odor of chlorine clung to the dragon, whose deep emerald colored scales shined dully. Looking down at the tiny morsels below it, the dragon let out a mighty roar.
(Hehe. We've stumbled into the territory of a Green Dragon.

(( A GREEN DRAGON. I'm beginning to think I might wanna make use of that PM you sent me a while back about Bardic Magic, and add it to Lulu's app. XD))
Lulu's face was a picture as the trees before them simply... dissolved away, her arm falling from her mouth and her jaw dropping. "We're going to get melted." she observed in a quiet, somehow very certain voice. "By a dragon." she added softly. The dragon was something else entirely, and she stepped back a few feet, not that it would make any difference in the slightest. When it roared... well... it roared. Her hair was whipped back from her face and her eyes stung from the chlorine, the bard coughing and wiping her suddenly streaming eyes. "I suppose running wouldn't do us very much good?" she murmred in a small voice.

(You want me to send you the bard's spell list again?)
As the dragon roared, Kamui's eyes teared up and his tail wilted. He put his hands over his mouth and nose, leaning his head back. Yibbles jumped and hid behind Kamui's foot, but Sakurako stood her ground. When the dragon stopped, Kamui took in a deep breath, fanning the air in front of him. "Whoo! Dragon's breath...! It's killer when you have an acute sense of smell." The dragon glared at him, noting the lack of fear in Kamui's voice. It bellowed out words in some language, it's powerful voice reverberating off the surrounding trees. It spoke again, this time in Common. "Fool! Lowly Half-Cast Demon! You dare mock the mighty Ormhildr! I will devour you all!"

((Heh, I just checked my Inbox. I've still got the the stuff on Bardic magic. While I will be adding it to Lulu's app, I think it might be best to let Kamui deal with the dragon right now. I do hope they don't get mushed by it.))
"Yeah. It's pretty potent from here, I can't imagine what it must be like for you." she mumbled in a small voice, looking pretty close to running and hiding behind his foot with Yibbles. Lulu wasn't a coward... but she quite liked being alive, if she was honest. And this was a dragon. Kamui's confidence, however, seemed to have inspired her a little, even if she was still pretty nervous. Ormhildr, huh? "It's going to devour us all?" she repeated in a small voice, looking up at Kamui. "You don't think this might be a good time to start running? You know, with the dragon and all." she suggested.
