No New Posts Wôkòu

A small island in the Yôsei Sea, the island itself is not under direct Ri Yan rule.
Surrounded by jagged rocks and whirlpools, it is very difficult to get to, thus making it a perfect refuge for pirates and outlaws, who gather there from Ri Yan, Hagakarin, Avalas, and even Märmosia.
Aside from a tiny forest, the city of Jâgds and its port make up the whole of the island. A city of pirates, smugglers, outlaws, assassins, rouge ninja, and thieves, it is a dirty, dark, and dangerous place to live. However, for the right place one can find just about anything they seek: from a rare and valuable item or someone who can get said item to someone who can make one's enemies disappear quickly and quietly.
